Nothing here routes to a general enquiries mailbox. Pick the address that matches what you need and it reaches the team that owns it, in your region, during their working day.
Response targets are measured and reported internally each month. Where we miss one, the miss is visible to the team that owns the address.
Buying for the first time, adding products to an existing estate, or asking for pricing that is not on the product page. Reaches a named person in your region rather than a shared queue.
Anything about a system already in production. Existing customers should raise a ticket from inside the product instead, which attaches the tenant, the release and the audit context automatically.
Suspected vulnerabilities in any CEDX product or in the platform itself. Please do not raise these through support or through your account team: this address is monitored around the clock by the security team.
Interview requests, briefings, and fact-checking against anything published here. Analyst enquiries reach the same team; say which firm you are with and we will route it.
Invoices, purchase orders, tax documentation, supplier onboarding portals and the security questionnaires that come with them.
Data subject requests, transfer assessments, sub-processor objections and anything addressed to the Data Protection Officer. Requests are logged on receipt whichever route they arrive by.
None of it is required. It simply means the first call can be about your situation rather than about ours.
We will not pursue or support legal action against anyone who reports in good faith, stays within the scope of their own test tenant, and gives us ninety days before publishing. Full scope and the safe-harbour wording are in the compliance statement.
Reception is staffed during local working hours at every address. Visitors need to be expected, so arrange it with whoever you are meeting rather than arriving.
